    I have asked for help on this previously. The best way to sum it up is all the images that you put in various sections in the demo version (example: blog) cannot be removed or replaced. Is there a way to permanently fix this or should I just move on to another theme?

    Could you please send us your wordpress login details and your website link? we will need to check why it is not changing because we have added the options to change the background images for section. If it is a bug then we will fix it.

    You are not using our theme template it seems you are using a theme builder.
    you wont be able to change anything, if you dont use our template
    please check the full documentation on how to use the theme https://www.luzuk.com/demo/perfect-ecommerce-store/documentation/

    I have looked on your site and I only see one download. What is the difference between theme template and builder. What exactly did I purchase / download? In see no option for theme template anywhere.

    Thanks for all the help over the past couple of years. You have actually helped me out immensely. I have actually moved on to another company that answers questions in a timely manner and in layman’s terms. Even after reinstalling with instructions that were provided to me I still had the problem. Thanks…. for taking my money. I am quite sure that time will catch up with you.

    Please need help.

    1. My Media Library isn’t displaying the pictures. I switched to another theme template and now the Media Library works. Your theme isn’t compatible with the Media Library.

    2. I installed the Demo page and attempted to remove your featured picture to add mine, but it wouldn’t delete
