I installed Hexagon, got it up and running now want access to the PRO features. I have purchased the download but how do I switch my existing info over to the new theme? Do you have instructions for a basic user?

I resolved the installation issue – just zipped it and drug it onto WordPress.

    Hi,

I have hexagon PRO- however the front page images on my site (elstreescouts.org.uk) always look unusual.
Can you advise what’s going on please?

    thanks

    Hello James,

We have seen your site. We do not find any issue of images on it. Please tell us, what issue do you have that we will be able to resolve it.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

When you open on a mobile there is whitespace (lots of it) and the images are always stretched. I have tried a number of different sizes but they all come back stretched in some way or another and not in a hexagon like I expected them to be?

    Thanks

    Hi

I’ve had a look and it seems to be Apple devices where it doesn’t load properly

Full screen and not full screen. Windows devices are fine.
